N: Peat and angel food cake.
P: Big peat, spicy, gingerbread.
F: Waves of sugary peat. As Rainman would say, "Very Sparkly. Very Sparkly".
Very delicious stuff. I'd say it's on par with the previous versions, nothing radical has happened to the flavor profile in 2 years.

Really nice nose with and some wine notes. The palate has peat, honey, and a touch of acid. The finish is a bit acidic with a lot of peat on the nose. Not bad, but a bit overly acidic toward the end
