A bourbon cask Glenfarclas bottled in 2009. Glenfarclas doesn't allow independent bottlers to use the distillery name, hence Duncan Taylor made up their own.
Nuts, butter, and a little spicy oak. Finishes dry and clean. A very inactive cask to have gone so long and be this light flavored and not over oaked. If you like em' crisp and refreshing, this ones for you.
A lighter bourbon-casked number with less oaky flavors than expected, though it's still quite dry. There's not a whole lot here, just some pleasant, vanilla and bready, doughy flavors. Falls into my category of "I'll happily drink yours." B/B-
