Nose of dusty closet, cherries, pancake syrup. Palate -- yum. A lighter-style rye and quite sweet, with milk caramel and bubblegum hints. Finish is long and continues the theme. Some rougher spiritous edges keep this down a little, but it's a great, light rye without being too light.
n: maple and cherry IHOP pancake syrup plus a bit of dry rye toast with margarine.
t: sweet and buttery cornbread, on the lighter side with very mellow spice. The oak character appears in the middle with vanilla malt and mint coffee creamer. Nice flavour and character with cinnamon syrup and light spice. [B-/B]
