N: Sparkling apple juice. P: Given the name, my expectations were pretty low. But the initial palate is actually pretty feckin good. Sweet, oily and spicy. F: Here's where things go bad. The finish is very spirity and slightly metallic. There's some very young grain mixed in here. And the sweetness lingers in a sickening way.
