Sweet and smooth, rather caramel-y with a trace of apples. The finish picks up with the flavor of actual wheat, along with a very faint background of spice. Tasty. B/B+
"Dumped" on 11-24-04 from Barrel No. 78, stored in Warehouse H on Rick No. 3.
N: Rich nose, cinnamon, some wood in the background. P: Massive cherry cough drop flavor and then... F: ...cinnamon in the finish but it comes with a lot of wood. A very good bourbon but a little too woody in spots.
