p: Soft and earthy with an intitial light hit of cherry. This is an easy sipper, highly quaffable, and I imagine I would down a lot of it without thinking much other than that I was enjoying a relaxing time. It's not in-your-face fun, it's more like a summer night on a rocking chair talking to grandma. For relaxing times, make it Vellichor time.
