Nose: Grain notes, some sweetness with medicinal undertones

Palate:  Rich grain with some botanical notes, similar to a Scotch grain whisky, velvety smooth mouthfeel

Finish:  Light spice and botanical notes with the spiciness growing as the finish lasts. 

Nicely balanced. Very smooth, very drinkable, very Canadian.
