The nose is full with sherry notes and some sulfur, the sulfur becoming stronger as you sniff. The palate is dense with fruit and chocolate, like chocolate covered cherries. The finish is sweet with cocoa, then savory with umami flavors (sauteed mushrooms).
This is fantastic, delicious stuff. It's only flaw is it's a bit overly sweet on the palate.
