Palate is wow, really sweet, and mmmm, buterscotch.
Finish is quite butterscotchy.
Did I mention butterscotch? Also, lots of alcohol. Very evaporative as you might expect, and the opposite of oily. Cinnamon-apple-clove background, with cedar-sandalwood creeping into the nose and lingering in the finish.
