Nose: Almost nothing; smells a little bit like vodka.
Palate: Very neutral. Not at hall harsh, just lacking in any real flavor. Like water.
Finish: Again, almost nothing.
This may be the most flavorless spirit I've ever had. Most new make, something I'm not a fan of, has much more flavor than this. It just tastes like nothing.
Rating this is a bit challenging. I can't really say its unpleasant since it's totally neutral, but I can't say I would ever drink it either. I wouldn't want anyone to buy it thinking it was decent, so I'll give it a D+.
NOSE Mostly corn with some white rum, tequila, vanilla and cupcakes.
TASTE A cornucopia of sweet flavors like marzipan, pineapple compote, orange, lime, vanilla frosting, hint of salted caramel, tequila with an overall bready quality to the taste.
