Palate: citrus and spice, sort of herbal tea like, somewhat floral as well, pot pourri

Finish: spice dominates over sweeter notes in the finish with some citrus rind.

This one came on sweet in the nose but ended up with a nice balance of sweet, spice and acidic notes. Pretty good stuff.
