This has a slightly distant nose. Sweet fruits with warm peanut brittle and eucalyptus all wrapped in waxy sherry notes. Delicate and inviting. The fruits are much clearer on the palate showing apples, pears and oranges. Lots of wax and minty eucalyptus hold the palate together with hints of smoke. Finishes with bit o honey candy and waxy apple skins. The wax on the finish lingers and becomes salty yet bitter.
I enjoyed the nose much more than the palate. If the sherry sweetness had more presence in the palate it would be a B+. As it is, it's a B/B+ blend.
