[Batch 16]

N: A little thin initially, a bit woody and earthy. Orange and some caramel; a touch of sourness. Not a lot jumping out. A slightly charred note.

P: Somewhat watery. A little warmth comes in; very faint cinnamon. Moderate caramel, some orange, faintly earthy.

F: A little warmer and dryer. Some black cherries and a gentle bit of wood; some light cinnamon. Keeps drying and takes a slightly root note.

The finish goes off a bit in the wrong direction. The nose is eweak and the palate is fine, but this is tepid though inoffensive.

Nose: Deep woody/wood polish notes along with some caramel candy.

Palate: Very woody, then slightly sweet and with both sour and bitter notes showing late palate and lasting into the finish.
