Finished in 11 new American oak barrels for 3 months. These barrels were taken to (and actually rolled around) iconic places around the US, and people inscribed their "dreams" on each cask. The casks were then vatted together to create this whiskey. 3,500 Bottles. 

Nose:  Sweet, malty and fruity, maraschino cherries.

Palate:  Malt, cocoa, very rich.

Finish:  Short and malty.

Straightforward but very drinkable.

N: Vanilla oils and cookie dough

P: Toffee, pears and honey

F:  Fruity

n:  Big Red gum

p:  Cedar and cinnamon.  Un-glenfiddichy.  Nice but thin.
