P: Moderately light mouthfeel, sweet initially with corn notes and some faint maple syrup, a bit of caramel. Gently warming peperiness. Very mellow. A bit of bitterness that takes a vegetable and greens character. moderate wood.
F: Pepper from the palate and some wood, with a little of the grain from the nose. Some cherry tartness.
