The nose is very similar to some of the LDI ryes out there - vegetal and spicy but with some corn sweetness. On the palate it is sweet first and the the spice comes bursting in. The finish is long on rye and caraway.
The flavors don't meld too well on this; it's like a bourbon with a rye chaser. C+/B-
