Too late in the night for notes.  Perhaps next time

Sku

Nose: Funky sherry
Palate:  Sherry with soy sauce notes, syrupy thick mouthfeel.  It's umami!
Finish:  Light sherry, soy sauce, maybe some smoke (thought not really peat smoke).

Probably my favorite from the sherry Christmas.

Fuji

N: Grapes, exotic wood and smoke in the back

P: Sherry, wood and tree sap

F: Dark chocolate, coal and smoke

Rich sherry nose that's moderately sweet, with qualities of real maple syrup and very aged bourbons.

Man, that palate is just really nice. Rich sherry balanced well against the oak, just enough sweetness to keep it from being dry. Finishes in a slow fade into cucumbers (which vanish as the glass drains), then mildly leathery tannins.

Excellent stuff.

N: Sherry bomb

P: Kids juice. I can put it in a bottle and drink slowly all day. Tad hot though.

F: Very pleasant and light. The heat starts to hit harder.

Pretty nice.
