N: Orange custard, some green spice, butter cookies.
P: On the desert side of sherry (flan/custard) with light rubber / plastic notes (a bit of that good sulfur).  Chocolate.
F: Richer rancio notes build in the mouth as the flavor lingers.   Medium dry finish with a tad of spice on the end.
While others in LAWS might be partial to bigger whiskes, I just really like this flavor profile.

Nose of anise, fennel. Palate is kinda watery though certainly tasty, and it blossoms in the finish, but let's cut to the chase here. If I could buy this stuff easily at a reasonable price, yeah, it'd be a house malt to drink at any and all occasions. But it just doesn't carry the power demanded by today's macho, studly drinkers (such as my macho, studly, modest self). It just makes me wonder what this would've been like at full vatting strength. And to those of you who lately have been trying to convince people that full proof isn't all it's cracked up to be, I say: you are a dingus.

B+ because I'd definitely want to own a bottle, the insane drinkability makes this a dangerous single malt.

N: Delicious sherried Sharpie®

P: Thick mouth feel. Starts off weak, without much flavor, then black cherries and rich balsamic vinegar.

F: Stings the tongue.

Pretty frickin delicious.
