Nose:  Herbal with mint
Palate:  Perfumy, syrupy with rye spice and corn syrup.
Finish:  A tad bitter.

p: meaty and odd, mold, rotten fruit in a closet.

N: Light, cookie dough, baked goods. Sugary and sweet.  

P: Kind of dry. Farmy, bitter wood, musty, earthy, apple skin and caraway seeds.

F: Apple skin, pepper, wood, cookie dough and the caraway seed thing again. 
 
The nose doesn't seem to have anything to do with the rest of this whiskey.  
Fuji
 
Fresh oak, vanilla oil, white flowers, popcorn butter, chalk, and cracked white peppercorn.

Minty eucalyptus, bitter green vegetal stuff and citrus emerge after dominate woody notes.  Alcohol vapors mid palate.

Weird waxy note that reminds me of chewed bubble gum after it’s lost all the artificial flavoring.
