Nose is lemony with light smoke. Candle wax. Vague minty stuf.

 

Palate... oooh.  Medium-sweet and very agreeable, a little bit tangy, with lighter fruit-juice flavors like pear and apple. These flavors really come alive in the finish, which is super nice and long, long long. After time, white pepper and mint traces.

 

Basically a really nice citrus-smoke affiar that's full-flavored yet still completely drinkable, with a finish that's both very long and very satisfying without being overwhelming at any point.

 

Excellent.  All about a gentle prelude to a big, comfy finish. B+/A-
