Nose:  Lots of sweet sherry, though more rich than fruity.  There's chocolate, mint and marshmallow (s'mores!).

Palate:  Sweet sherry with malt in the background.

Finish:  The finish actually tasted more of port or other sweet wine than sherry.

This is a fun one, but I'm scared of the mutant cat on the label.

Great stuff! Oak plays of spice and fruity complexity. Nice but moderate grip in the finish. Drank a lot, took little notes. That's gotta say something.

N: Mint and sherry, exotic and spicy.
P: Whooo!  Huge swell of of rich spicy flavor, like a combination of Panda Express orange chicken and maple syrup.
F: Gets more Asian saucy with some moo-shoo like notes and a fire that is immensely satisfying.
I got to taste quite a bit of this (through strategic attacks during following meetings) and I grew to like it more and more.   Proof you don't need lots of peat or lots of sherry for a great malt.
