Glengoyne's "Choice" series comes from individual workers at Glengoyne picking their favorite casks for bottling. Ewan is a stillman who had been at the distillery 19 years when he chose this cask, which had been there as long as he had. Distilled April 13th 1986, Bottled May 2005. 600 bottles. About $185 on release (not including VAT)
