Somewhat acrid nose of yellow custard. Palate is bright but woody. Zesty lemony stuff battles with strong peppery oak. Finish is long, chewy, oaky, peppery. Dry. Rather zingy altogether. After breathing, it calms down a bit and gets tastier, revealing a slightly sweeter side. Quite consistent with the "house style" of Cadenhead's bottlings from this era/line, though one of the more flavorful and better ones I've tried. Which ain't saying much, but I do enjoy it.  B-/B

N: A bit glue-ish, then some butter cookies.
P: Lemonheads candy.  Weak / watery.
F: Ash, tart lemon, salty, kinda like the sour mix in a Margarita (very strange), and a slight metallic note.
Overall it comes off just a bit boring, but its worth a taste if you ever have the opportunity.

Nose:  Rich malt, floral notes.
Palate:  light and sweet.  Fruity with notes of grass and hay.

Nice, straightforward Bourbon cask type stuff.  Not a lot of complexity but easy to drink, if a bit on the sweet side.
