Comfort food done right -- it won't blow your mind, but it'll hit the spot very well.  Cynthia's is best known for their fried chicken -- boneless chicken breasts in a delicious buttermilk batter -- although I personally think the chicken's just too darn thick.  The cobbler for dessert is amazingly good.

Whisky selection features some basic single malts, nothing to shout about.  But we do commend them on their reasonable $24 price for a glass of Johnnie Blue.

Note: To those of you who have been here before and had some insane woman insult you (that would be the eponymous Cynthia), she no longer owns the place and has left only her good attributes behind for us to enjoy.
